The central location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Munich's main train station. Great access to public transportation and local restaurants. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, especially Glorija, who answered all our questions. The room felt modern and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the bathroom was very cramped, making it hard to move around, and the shower was tiny. The air conditioning struggled to keep up during the hot days. I also found the walls thin. I could hear conversations from the hall and neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. Breakfast options could definitely improve. the choices felt bland and uninspired. Overall, the experience was decent but could use tweaks to enhance comfort.

The dining scene is on point with diverse eateries in the hood! Hit up Bento Ya for some killer sushi or swing by Pars Persian Restaurant for a flavorful feast. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for hopping on public transport to explore Munich.
But hold up, the neighborhood isn't the safest at night and my room was a total shoebox! No fridge or kettle, and the bathroom felt like a cramped airplane lavatory. Plus, the AC barely chilled the joint and I had to swap key cards more times than I could count!

would definitely stop here again
The location is perfect, just 5 mins from the main train station. Rooms are small but well-equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. The clean linens and towels were a plus. Breakfast offered a great variety like freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the main train station and various attractions. The room was cozy and well-organized, although it was on the smaller side. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything nice and clean. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit annoying since it only worked for 15 minutes, so streaming was out of the question.

missingWrote a review on Aug 09cramped bathroom
The room, unfortunately, felt a bit scruffy, with an old carpet that carried a musty odor and a cramped bathroom that could be improved. Plus, the air conditioning faltered on warm days, leading to uncomfortable nights. Noise was a significant issue due to nearby establishments that kept the din alive well into the early hours. With only one iron located on the fourth floor, it felt a bit inconvenient during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast which had a good selection, and the cozy, clean rooms. The staff were friendly too!
In my wife’s opinion, the payment process could be smoother, as it was a bit confusing. They could offer a family-friendly package to make things easier for those traveling with kids.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main station, with pharmacies and nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious for three adults, equipped with a TV and plenty of charging ports. However, issues with check-in caused significant delays, and there were also ongoing renovations that impacted the lobby and service areas, making it hard to access amenities like the bar and business center.
